Buckles divides its buckle selection into three individual segments:

A) „not coated“ - which means non-galvanized for shipment to shoe accessory producers which carry out versatile galvanization and varnishing.

B) „cleaned and polished“ - most carefully polished and cleaned. This is our particularly recommended finish, because at Buckles we extensively abrade the edges of the buckles and thoroughly polish the surfaces. Both these processes last many hours. Afterwards the buckles are prepared for subsequent galvanization by washing them in three separate hot cleaning cycles: pre-wash, main wash and finishing rinse.

C) „coated“

At Buckles our paramount focus is on the production of “non-coated” (see A) and “cleaned and polished” (see B) buckles.
